Fun and Motivational Outdoor Exercise
We frequently run outdoor Boot Camps aiming to provide fun yet demanding sessions in a group exercise setting.
Usually running in 2 - 6 week blocks, you will be encouraged to attend daily sessions whilst adhering to a Diet Plan designed for optimal weight loss. This along with your Weekly Shopping List and Exercise/Nutrition Handbook, will enable you to lose weight in a quick, safe and effective manner.
