I started training with the Impact team in February 2012 and in four weeks, I lost 10 pounds and 10.5 inches. Since then I have gone on to lose another 12 pounds and 8 more inches, primarily down to the personalised training programme I have been given by the Impact Team. The instructors are all very friendly and approachable and their enthusiasm for their business helps me to keep motivated. I am fitter and stronger than I could have achieved on my own at the gym. I especially like the varied nature of the workouts which prevent me from getting bored and giving up! Keep up the good work guys!
