Hannah has been training with Nikki at our private studio. When she first started she had actually just quit her gym membership as she did not feel confident going. Fast forward 5 months and she has re-joined a different gym and now goes 4 days a week and is loving it! Hannah is such a pleasure to coach, she works so hard and puts everything she has got into every single session. It helps that she is absolutely hilarious too. Let’s see what she has to say….

✨ What is your favourite part of us working together?
I love my 1-2-1 sessions. They are so important as it means I am reaching my full potential and also building more motivation. I also know that I’m doing the exercises correctly when working with you. Before when I used to go to classes, I would often get lost in the crowd and not be doing exercises correctly or to the best of my ability.

✨ What has been the biggest change for you so far?
Building muscle tone, weight loss and reduction in unhealthy eating.

✨ What is something you can do now that you couldn’t before you started?
I now go to the gym, which at the start of personal training I could never see myself doing and did not have the confidence to do. I had only ever gone to classes. Now I use most of the equipment without nervousness or anxiety. I have built my confidence by working with you in the studio by using different equipment and weights.

✨ If someone is thinking about working with us, what would you say to them?
You will not regret it! Results happen quickly and you will build confidence too. Nikki is very friendly and easy to talk to which is a big bonus for me as this makes me feel more comfortable and therefore learn the exercises to a better level.

✨ Anything else you would like to add?
Working with Nikki has been fantastic, I never thought I would be where I am just now and confident in the gym.
